Can I ship to more than one address?

Yes – one of the key features of our Corporate Gifting service is that you can ship your orders directly to your recipients all from one order. Simply add a list of contacts to your account before you start shopping and we will ship orders directly to those addresses.

Which countries do we deliver to?

We currently ship to the Republic of Ireland, United Kingdom (Northern Ireland, England, Wales, Scotland), Germany, Switzerland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan and China.

How long will my order(s) take to be delivered?

How will my order(s) be delivered?

We provide a courier service to deliver your order to you. This will ensure that you receive a fast and efficient service from us. You will also receive a tracking number for your order, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

What happens if my order gets lost/damaged?

Every order we send has its own individual tracking number, and any lost/damaged orders will be investigated with the courier service. We will always endeavor to replace lost/damaged orders as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary delays to you and your recipients.

What is a Corporate Gifting Exclusive product?

Corporate Gifting Exclusive products, or “Corporate Exclusives” are selected products that we reserve for customers who have a Corporate Gifting account with Midleton Distillery Collection.

Why can’t I buy clothing?

Clothing is currently not available to buy if you are logged in using a Corporate Gifting account. If you wish to purchase clothing, please log out and use a personal or guest account. If you’re having trouble, please contact [email protected]

Will I get email notifications?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email for your full order, in the correct currency. After that, you can check further updates by following the below steps:

    • Login to your account
    • Go to Orders
    • Select the Order
    • You’ll see all of the recipient orders relating to this order number here, and tracking info for every individual.

How can I track my order(s)?

  • Login to your account

  • Select the order you want to track
  • You will see all contact orders relating to this order number here, and tracking info for every individual.

I already have an account, can I change to a Corporate Gifting Account?

  • If you have an existing customer account with Midleton Distillery Collection, we suggest creating a new Corporate Gifting account with another email address (applicable to your business).
  • If you don’t have another email address, please contact us at [email protected]

Will DHL contact my contacts for delivery?

Our selected courier, DHL, will send a text message to your contact when their order is out for delivery. This will help ensure that the order can be delivered safely.

My contacts are in more than one country – why do I have to make more than one payment?

All corporate orders have taxes and duties included in the total cost at the point of sale – no hidden costs or customs charges.

To allow us do this for every country in your order, we need to split payments out by market so all orders are tax & duty compliant.

Can I pay over the phone?

We cannot take payment over the phone for security and verification purposes.

How Much does Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs just €8 incl VAT per recipient address in Ireland. For our full list of shipping rates click here.

When should I order for Christmas?

We recommend placing your order before the end of November.

If you wish to order early and delay the delivery of your orders:

  1. Complete your order online
  2. Email [email protected]
  3. Quote your Company name and order number
  4. Advise of your preferred delivery time frame

Our staff will respond to your query accordingly.

Can I add a personalised message?

Yes, and there’s no extra charge for this!

In the Cart click ADD PERSONAL GIFT MESSAGE FOR ALL RECIPIENTS. You can write a personalised message for all the recipients to be that will be sent with each order.

Can I engrave Corporate orders?

Yes, you can add optional engraving to selected products for Corporate Gifting. You will see this option displayed on each product individually.

Engraving costs €15 per bottle (IE) & €5 for merchandise like hip flasks.

How will I know my recipient has received their order?
