Do we ship the Personalised Bottles to the US?
The personalised bottles are only available for shipping to certain countries, and as we are unable to ship alcohol directly to the US, they cannot be delivered there.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Delivery to Ireland usually take 1/2 working days. Delivery to UK will normally take 2/5 working days. Delivery to Rest of the World may take 7/10 working days. (Please note that orders for delivery outside EU may be held in customs pending clearance and may incur additional delays.)
Can you deliver alcohol to USA/Canada?
Unfortunately not. As alcohol is a restricted item, we are limited to the countries we can deliver to. US and Canadian Customs will not allow us to deliver there.
How will my order be delivered?
We provide a courier service to deliver your order to you. This will ensure that you receive a fast and efficient service from us. You will also receive a tracking number for your order, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
What happens if my order gets lost/damaged?
Every order we send, has its own individual tracking number, and any lost/damaged orders will be investigated with the courier service. We will always endeavor to replace lost/damaged orders asap, to avoid any unnecessary delays to you.
