Why are my credit card details been taken when entering the ballot?
Your bank card details are taken upon entry to the ballot in order to confirm your intent to purchase and protect against fraudulent entries into the ballot. No charge will be placed upon your card on entry to the ballot, and no charge will automatically be placed on your card if you are successful. In this case, you will be sent an email to confirm your success which will contain a link to purchase. Within this link you will have to enter your bank card details again to finalise the transaction.
When will winners be announced?
Winner of the Redbreast Dream Cask Zenith Edition ballot will be randomly selected and announced, via email from The Birdhouse, at 12pm GMT on Monday, May 27th.
What can I expect to happen if I win?
If you are successful you will receive a confirmation email from The Birdhouse at 12pm GMT on Monday May 27th. Within this email is a link to purchase. You will have 24 hours – until 12pm GMT on Tuesday May 28th – to complete your transaction. If you fail to complete your transaction then the link will expire and you will lose your chance to purchase Redbreast Dream Cask Zenith Edition. In this instance, a new winner will be randomly selected from our pool of entrants and alerted via email from The Birdhouse of their success.
What happens if I lose?
If you are not successful, you will receive an email from The Birdhouse at 12pm GMT on Monday, May 27th. However, you may still be in with a chance to purchase, as if any successful entrants fail to complete their purchase within a 24 hour window, their entry is forfeit and a new winner will be chosen from the remaining pool of applicants.
