We cannot deliver spirits to:

– Army Post Office / Fleet Post Office Addresses

– PO Boxes

– Parcel Motels

Please be aware of the following requirements for Customs clearance within China:

For personal purposes the registration can be exempt, but the quantity should be reasonable for personal use: Products above 12% alcohol are limited to 1 (one) bottle for HK/MO/TW and 2 (two) bottles for other regions.

Alcohol cannot be imported through below airports, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shantou, Dongguan, Zhuhai, Changsha, Zhengzhou, Nanchang, Wuhan, Fuzhou, Xi’an

Orders not meeting these criteria will be returned to sender.

HOW TO TRACK AN ORDER

Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email with a tracking number relating to your order. If you need more information about your order please login to your account or email us at [email protected]

RETURNS

All items are delivered to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.

All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or broken, you may return it for a full refund.

Any damaged items must be returned unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds may only be obtained for items that arrive damaged, defective, or broken. We cannot issue refunds or accept returns for a change of mind, improper fit, delayed delivery, or similar reasons.

RETURNS (CHANGE OF MIND)

We do not accept exchanges for different items.

If you would like to return products due to change of mind please send us an email at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt of the goods and provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please carefully pack the item(s) and send your item to the below address. We highly recommend that you insure your packages, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

We will contact you via email once your original goods have been received. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

REFUND PROCEDURE (IF APPLICABLE)

If your product arrives damaged, broken, or defective you may request a refund or exchange. To arrange for a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt of the goods and provide a receipt or proof of purchase and an explanation of the issue with your order.

Items sold on discount or sale are final sale and may not be refunded (or exchanged), unless the goods arrive defective or damaged, in which case you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Upon receipt of your email, we will contact you to confirm whether your order is eligible for return and the details of your return. Once details are confirmed, we will arrange a return document and collection of your package by DHL.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit of the full purchase price (including shipping) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If 30 days have passed and you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us.
