Sorry that you are having issues completing your order. You can try some of these steps to help:
Try using a different payment card if you have another
Ensure the postal code provided at the checkout is same as the associated with the payment card

Our checkout uses postcode validation for verification & security purposes. Please ensure your Billing Eircode / Postal Code matches the Eircode / Postal code associated with Payment Card.
Which countries do we deliver to?
We currently ship to the Republic of Ireland, United Kingdom (Northern Ireland, England, Wales, Scotland), Germany, Switzerland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan and China.
Do we ship the Personalised Bottles to the US?
As we are unable to ship alcohol directly to the US, personalized bottles cannot be delivered there.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Delivery to Ireland usually take 1/2 working days. Delivery to UK will normally take 2/5 working days. Delivery to Rest of the World may take 7/10 working days. (Please note that orders for delivery outside EU may be held in customs pending clearance and may incur additional delays.)
Can you deliver alcohol to USA/Canada?
Unfortunately not. As alcohol is a restricted item, we are limited to the countries we can deliver to. US and Canadian Customs will not allow us to deliver there.
How will my order be delivered?
We provide a courier service to deliver your order to you. This will ensure that you receive a fast and efficient service from us. You will also receive a tracking number for your order, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
What happens if my order gets lost/damaged?
Every order we send, has its own individual tracking number, and any lost/damaged orders will be investigated with the courier service. We will always endeavor to replace lost/damaged orders asap, to avoid any unnecessary delays to you.
