You will need a registered Company name, Company Address & valid VAT or Tax number to create a Corporate Gifting Account on Midleton Distillery Collection. Sign up now.
Step-by-Step guide: How does it Work?
1. Create a Corporate Gifting Account Here.
Company Name, Company Address, Company Email & Valid VAT Number are required to setup a Corporate Gifting Account of account.
3. Login using your account details.
4. In your account select Contacts > Upload your list of contacts – names, addresses & contact information – We will provide a CSV template you can use for this.
NOTE: contacts must have a unique Email Address & Mobile Phone number.
5. Browse our Corporate Gifting Collection where you’ll find Corporate Exclusives plus many more popular products we know are perfect for corporate gifting moments.
6. Choose a product(s) and Add to your cart (no need to add multiples we’ll do the math!).
7. Select the contact(s) you’d like to gift this item to. You will see your order total updated as you add contacts.
Continue shopping by adding a product to your cart and selecting from your list of contacts.
8. Click Complete Order.
This is where the magic happens: We will automatically sort your recipients by shipping country, calculate tax & duties, and add up the shipping cost for all your contacts.
9. View your order summary and check that all details are correct.
To ensure taxes & duties are paid per market, make one payment per market (where applicable) by clicking the button, for example “Complete Your Order for € IE” . See FAQ’s for more detail.
10. You will receive an order confirmation for each market and shipping confirmation email for every individual contact once the order has been processed. You can also login to your account to view all order updates and tracking information for each contact.
