Pot still spices to the fore, quickly subsiding to reveal a silky, mouthcoating texture along with soft and delicate oak tannins. Sweet notes of salted caramel and honey drizzled oats intertwine with ripe fruits and mild undertones of freshly crushed garden mint.
Finish
Lingering finish that sees the pot still spices the first to slowly fade, allowing the orchard fruits and charred oak to have the last word.
