HOW DO I ARRANGE MY COMPLIMENTARY DISTILLERY VISIT?

As a member of Barrel Club, you should have received an invitation to come and visit Midleton Distillery in Cork, or Jameson Distillery Bow St., Dublin. You will receive this invite via email, including instructions on how to book using your unique Barrel Club complimentary code.

MY DISTILLERY VISIT CODE ISN’T WORKING.

Here are some steps to check before getting in touch:

· Ensure that you have copied & pasted your code exactly.

· Check that you don’t have a space before or after your code.

· Ensure that you haven’t previously booked with this code, as they can be redeemed once only. For further assistance, please email [email protected] or call 01 8072328.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE ON MY DISTILLERY VISIT?

Yes, when booking your distillery experience using your Barrel Club code, you will see an option to add more people to your booking, subject to availability, for a cost of €60 per additional person.

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY BEHIND THE SCENES TOUR TICKET AT MIDLETON DISTILLERY EXPERIENCE

Unfortunately our Micro Distillery was damaged due to flooding, which occurred in Midleton in October, and is currently not available as part of the tour. We are planning to re-introduce visits to the Micro Distillery as part of this tour experience in late Spring 2024. If you have yet to redeem your ticket, please note you can redeem and visit by June 30th 2024.  For further queries or to book please email [email protected]
